Full carbon fork with ultra-reinforced tapered steerer for 20 or 10mm axle hubs (ICE screw-on adapter included).
Our ICE SWAT fork is made from Torray T700 + T800 (30%) carbon fiber and Kevlar. The Kevlar is usually placed at the junction between the steerer tube and the fork leg. This is where the material is compacted, providing high impact resistance.
When impregnating the carbon wire, graphene is added to the resin for better molecular bonding, for even more strength!
Molding in one piece at high temperature and high pressure for 90 minutes creates a total conversion rate of resin cure, and this is why our forks are among the stiffest and strongest on the market.
The SWAT is made from a special high-modulus nano-carbon composite material produced by Torray. This nano-carbon allows our engineers to build our forks to be stiffer and lighter, with 27% greater strength than other carbon materials and incredible fatigue resistance!
Special ICE Protect expander (5mm thick carbon pivot) to further protect and strengthen the pivot (included.)
